I uploaded a 1.2 mb psd file and after conversion, i did not see any download link for the zip file nor any dialog box, pop-up to download the zip file?

Why is that?

Hi realedesigns - I believe

Hi realedesigns -

I believe it's been caught and fixed already (just now).

Could you please try again and let me know if it works for you now?

Thanks.

Hi Shaun I just tried again

Hi Shaun
I just tried again but came to

Page not Found

Sorry, but you're trying to access a page that doesn't exist on psd2css Online.

Possibly, you are trying to see the results of a conversion that you did more than 5 minutes ago. We only keep converted projects on the site for 5 minutes to keep our disk usage in check.

Try uploading your psd file again.

Thank you for using psd2cssonline.com

Hi Realedesigns - Ok -

Hi Realedesigns -

Ok - possibly it's something about your PSD file then. Is it possible for you to send me your PSD file? I'll try it here and can track what happens inside the system as it converts. Thank you.

Hi Realedesigns - Thank you

Hi Realedesigns -

Thank you for sending me the PSD file.

I'm going to reiterate some of what I wrote to you here for the other folks who visit the Forums.

The fix was to rasterize the one layer with the Blending Options enabled (I merged it with an empty layer), and to crop the file to the size that it already is. I wish I had a better way to explain that one :) . Photoshop will allow layers that are WAY bigger than the visible section of your image and psd2css Online has to work with those. Not only can it cause problems for the tool, but the resulting converted page will have giant images that are absolutely positioned to show just the part you want - not very efficient. So that last step - 'crop the image to the size it already is' is really important. Luckily the Photoshop crop tool will snap to the edges of the visible image anyway and so it's super easy to do.

Thanks.
