Adding text on PSD?

I think I have found a section somewhere that shows how to add text in Photoshop. You can even have that section resized when it overflows and the whole text would be scrollable... Okay, honestly, I'm not sure if it was real or was a part of a dream. Now I'm searching for it every where but I can't seem to find it.

Can anybody (or shaun) please help me with this? Does that whole thing really exist or was that part of my dream last night? I know it sounds stupid, but I need to be verified.

Hi janram49 - Well, you can

Hi janram49 -

Well, you can add a text area (the _text Layer Naming Convention), but I won't take the text _from_ the PSD file and place it in the page for you. BUT - if you do add text to a _text layer the default is to give it a scroll bar if it gets too long. Or you can use the new _frame feature and make the whole page (or part of it) grow with the content if it gets too long.

Hope that helps!
