hello, i wanted to start very simply. below is a link to my site. i created 3 layers in the psd. 1. b_center_jpg 2. user1_joomla 3. top_joomla i went with user1 instead of content because i couldn't find a place to assign a module to the "content" area...but doesnt matter anyway, because i tried callinig it content and does the same thing.
Im using joomla 1.5.15 if that makes a difference.
I can't see any of the content in those layers i created.

Hi -
Here is what I get when I convert the PSD you posted and install it directly into Joomla without modifying anything:

You are saying that you don't see any content at all?

Shaun
THATS CRAZY!!
No nothing shows up for me, i have a fresh install of joomla with sample content...when i upload it is completely blank except the background image!!!
so you just uploaded the psd, then downloaded the zip, uploaded to joomla site, and set it to default, and that's what you got?
that doesn't happen for me at all:
here is the source code for mine:

Hey videoman77 -
Right. The CMS features are part of the psd2css Online Unlimted features. Are you in your first 2 weeks free still? And if your account is more than 2 weeks old, have you purchased a month of psd2css Online Unlimited?
Thanks.

Thanks for replying :D
ok i named my main content area content_joomla. but i still don't know how to assign content to that box. also what about the menu, top_joomla ?
Thanks again!!!
Hi - The difference is
Hi -
The difference is defintely going to be in not calling it content_joomla. There isn't a region IN joomla called that, it is a psd2css Online specific layer name that I put all of the PHP for the regular content area in. So try it again with content_joomla. If nothing shows up it's probably spelled wrong or has capital letters or extra spaces or something 'content_joomla' is what it needs to be.
Thanks.

Thanks for the reply :D !
Shaun, thanks for the reply. i have renamed the layer content_joomla. does the layer need to set to visible in PS? anyway i tried it both ways, but i still don't know how to assign a module content to the region. i actually tried every region, but by nothing is showing up!! anyway i am so stoked about using this, but i just can't seem to get it to work, even on the most simplistic jobs.
Any further insight? can i email you the psd ?
Thanks
Caleb
Hey Caleb - Well
Hey Caleb -
Well content_joomla should defintely have something in it. You're seeing absolutely nothing? But the theme installs without error? Hmm. Can you post a link to the PSD that you are using? The version with a content_joomla layer.
Thanks.

Whoa! I think I can tell
Whoa! I think I can tell without the PSD.
Looking at the source for your link again (looks like you just ran it through again) the comment for the content_joomla layer reads:
<!-- This is ''content_joomla'' -->
Did you add the single quotes in the layer name? You don't want to do that. The single quotes that I use in the documentation is just to highlight what the layer name is - you're not supposed to put the single quotes in the layer name. With your single quote in the layer name, psd2css Online thinks that the special Layer Naming Convention is _joomla' which of course it doesn't recognize - it's looking for just _joomla.
