Where is this Guy ?!

Hey, I'm not trying to be an A** but this guy is never around & never offers in-depth support. I could understand if this was a hobby but he's charging money for his services. I'm more than willing to pay (love to pay for a year & not worry about payment) but his services don't seem to be working and because he's never around the trial doesn't last long enough. And without in-depth help how can we learn to use his software? I've watched the tutorials with friends and we follow his steps but it still doesn't work. I know a lot of our problems are on his end because we have uploaded the same files without changing anything & get different results from time to time. If he would just come on out & address the issues or show his presence on his own forum then we & others would be more forgiving.

Where are you at Shaun? I'm sure we all would like to know.
