Pop up windows shifted

Anywhere there is a pop-up or drop-down menu (as in the case of any forms I set up), it is shifted over to the left of the website, although the form code by itself works when not used with the template made through psd2css. This makes me think there is something in the css or possibly even the js file that comes with the psd2css generated code that causes normal pop-up functions to shift. I figured it was an offset but I can't seem to find anything like that anywhere in the code, and also, I'm worried about meddling around too much because I have drop-down menus on my navigation which work perfectly and I don't want to disturb them. What should I be looking at?
