That doesn't sound like the upload failed. You would have nothing to install if the upload failed. Sounds like you weren't logged in when you made the conversion. Or your 2 weeks free was over. Thanks.

Upload failed
I'm logged in and it's my 1st day on the account. I've used both firefox and safari on my intel mac and all it did wasn't take me to a stark white page with another upload button. that button didn't work either.
