Take a quick look at the Guidelines to see how to prepare your PSD file

Making a Sticky Footer
Make a layer stay 'fixed' relative to the bottom of the browser by using the _footer Layer Naming Convention. Suppose you have a footer that you want to always be visible at the bottom of the browser window no matter what the user does on that page. Whether they scroll, or resize the browser - you want this footer to stay visible all the time. An example would be the bar across the bottom of most Facebook pages.
One caveat however: Centering. Quite often (more often than not), you'll want your whole page to center in the browser. As you may know, you can get that to happen by making one big background layer (it can even be named with _empty) to serve as a 'container' for your page and name it with the _center Layer Naming Convention. One _center layer with everything else inside it will make a web page that centers in the browser ..... _except_ the _footer layers. This is the one exception. Don't worry, you can get the _footer layer to center too, but you have to give it it's own _center in it's layer name. This is the only situation where you need to use _center more than once for the entire page. The tutorial below has an example of this issue.
As for your Wordpress Widgets ... they should populate and stack one on top of the other. Are you at least getting partial population and it is not aligning right? If you additional issues resolved you can send the PSD to support and we will take a look at it
well i think i've tried all
well i think i've tried all that and still having problems. i basically used the PSD file downloaded from the tutorial on this website, so the layers are the same names given in the original PSD file i donwnloaded.
1st, centering still won't work. i added a layer called b_center_empty as in the psd file downloaded from this site. still getting that double template image when it's installed (guess cuz it's not centering).
2nd, it also appears my custom menu that i'd added through wordpress is all jumbled up
before i installed the theme it was,
1. menu
2. menu
3. menu
4. menu
5. menu
6. menu
7. menu
8. menu
now the 'home' link is no longer first, etc...i believe it is showing pages rather than the custom menu.
2. menu
7. menu
1. menu
4. menu
4. menu (this one is repeated double after psd2cssonline.com template installation)
3. menu
5. menu
6. menu
Hang in there...
