I notice that my rollovers tend to "hang" or "stick" sometimes — as in I may have to go back and mouseover again to get it back to the normal state. Anything I am doing wrong with my setup that is causing that?

Nope - you are doing nothing
Nope - you are doing nothing wrong. I just wrote a work around into the code generator to alleviate that problem. It should not occur anymore. Please re-convert your PSD files for which the generated HTML exhibited this problem.
I'm not very happy with my work around however so if anyone has a better solution, please feel free to let me know.
